Project Overview

DAVA (Detecting Application by Vision A.I), an AI-powered pass/fail inspection software developed by TNSAI, is a program that can be integrated into the Easy Checker series. It surpasses the limitations of traditional rule-based machine vision, allowing for flexible and easy changes to inspection targets. By utilizing image detection technology that leverages diffused reflection, it provides a solution for fast and accurate detection of even microscopic defect types.

Project Background & Objectives

  • Defect Classification: Utilizing AI to classify defect types and detect defective products.

Recommended Use Cases

Differential Case Machining Support using FANUC Robot for Doosan Turning Center

Differential Case Machining Support using FANUC Robot for Doosan Turning Center

Process Overview This solution uses the FANUC M-20iA/35M robot installed on an upper linear track mounted above Doosan turning machines (TW2600M) to machine differential cases for automotive applications. By installing the robot together with a linear track on top of the machine tool, the system enables efficient floor space utilization and automates continuous processes in a single integrated workflow, significantly improving automation efficiency. Since the front side of the machine tool remains open, smooth access is available for tool change and machine maintenance operations. In addition, it helps prevent musculoskeletal disorders for operators by automating the loading and unloading of heavy machined parts.

Automotive Parts Protective Film Application and Inspection using DENSO Robot

Automotive Parts Protective Film Application and Inspection using DENSO Robot

Process Overview This inspection automation solution uses the DENSO VM60B1 robot to automate quality inspection and protective film application for automotive parts by performing taping and inspection processes through robotic wrapping. By switching between three tools, the system performs gate cutting, protective film application, and inspection in a single integrated workflow, minimizing management points and improving overall productivity.

Parts Machining Automation Using Three Yaskawa Robots for Six Doosan Turning Centers

Parts Machining Automation Using Three Yaskawa Robots for Six Doosan Turning Centers

Process Overview This machine tending automation solution performs continuous machining processes by integrating three Yaskawa robots with six Doosan machine tools. In the first machining process, one robot operates two machine tools. Once the first machining is completed and the workpiece is transferred to the downstream process, the other two robots interface with four machine tools to perform the second machining process. This configuration enables high productivity through continuous machining of a single product.
